How to Learn About Nutrition

In a world where our health care systems are over burdened with the sick, how to learn about nutrition shouldn’t really be much of a question, but it is.  You would think that there would be more emphasis on nutrition education now a days, but as a teacher who has taught Healthy Living courses, I can tell you that this is not the case.  Nutrition is a very small part of the curriculum for students in middle school, and most high school students will learn very little about nutrition as well.  So this means that most of us have a lot to learn when it comes to nutrition, and this post suggests some different ways you can fit super hero nutrition education into your life.

The 30 day Challenge

Want to learn more about the many challenges outlined on the Be a Healthy Geek Website? Check here: 30 day challenge list.  I’ve already listed strategies for fitting this reading or listening into your busy life here in my fitness education article. Using these ninja time saving tips it is going to be easier to find the time then you think.
