6206667510_4132bdce02_z (1)For me the real life dark side was a cycle of stress, overeating, and poor sleep.  My poor mindset left me stressed during the day, which meant after work I would come home, and stuff my face with snack food. Then I would eat supper with my family.  Usually the snacking would continue after supper and into the night.

As a result I would wake up feeling horrible, and so would seek out sugar filled snacks during the day to make me feel better temporally.  Ultimately, these sugary snacks would lead to further overeating and even poorer sleep.

Focus the Force and Determine your Reality...

You don't need to fall to the dark side like Darth Vader.  You can learn to determine your reality, and I can help you break the unhealthy cycle of overeating.

If I were in your position, I'd probably just go back to reading blog posts now, because I'm mostly an introvert.  I often have a hard time reaching out to others for help.
